Missing vowels “ა”, “ე”, “ო” in Georgian

The vowels “ა”, “ე”, “ო” are missing before “-ნ-”, “-რ-”, “-ლ-” and “-მ-” in words ending on these consonants in three cases: genitive, instrumental and adverbial in singular and in plural. In the some cases (and in plural as well) “ო” changes into “ვ” before “-ნ-”, “-რ-” and “-ლ-”.

• Nom. სტუმარი სტუმრები ობოლი ობლები მაწონი მაწვნები
• Erg. სტუმარმა სტუმრებმა ობოლმა ობლებმა მაწონმა მაწვნებმა
• Dat. სტუმარს სტუმრებს ობოლს ობლებს მაწონს მაწვნებს
• Gen. სტუმრის სტუმრების ობლის ობლების მაწვნის მაწვნების
• Instr. სტუმრით სტუმრებით ობლით ობლებით მაწვნით მაწვნებით
• Adv. სტუმრად სტუმრებად ობლად ობლებად მაწვნად მაწვნებად
• Voc. სტუმარო სტუმრებო ობოლო ობლებო მაწონო მაწვნებო
