Payment Guidelines :

2. Confirm the correct amount for the number of attendees you're paying for.
3. If you don't have a Paypal account, proceed to the next page and select "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card". Disable the option to 'Save The Info and Create Your Paypal Account'.
4. If you have a Paypal account, log in and proceed with the payment as usual.

Refund and Ticket Resell Policy

All sales are final. Full refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled. In case of rescheduling, an email notification will be sent to ticket holders. Refunds are available for up to 2 days after the rescheduled date announcement. No refunds will be processed beyond this deadline.

If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Simply post in the event comments that you have a ticket for sale. Arrange payment privately and notify the organizer with the full name and contact details of the new ticket holder at least eight hours before the RSVP deadline on the event day.
